friendly staff breakfast selection serene spa
i found the staff professional and friendly , always ready to assist with a smile. the breakfast selection was substantial and offered plenty of choice. the spa area was a true sanctuary , perfect after a day of exploring.
the walk into town felt a little longer than expected.

high standard lovely rooms excellent assistance
i found the hotel beautifully refurbished to a high standard. the rooms were very lovely. spa and pool facilities were excellent (katrina provided great assistance). the staff were very helpful and did their jobs to an excellent standard, especially restaurant manager ashutosh and restaurant assistant daniel.
the hotel is a 25 minute walk to town, but a shuttle service is available.

The reception staff provided warm and friendly service. the breakfast team, including manchester mike and monika, offered attentive assistance. francis was very pleasant. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him.

super clean room daily service ensuite bathroom continental breakfast
the hotel provided breakfast. this was continental with a great choice. there was even items i could order extra. the room was super clean with daily cleaning service. it kept the room in top class condition. the ensuite bathroom was big and super clean.
i found the hotel a LITTLE far from the town center, about a 15 minute walk.
